These terms govern your use of Lux Drive Maroc’s private chauffeured-transport services.
Our service
Lux Drive Maroc provides premium private transport with professional chauffeurs across Morocco, including airport transfers, chauffeur-at-disposal, corporate transport, events, circuits, and excursions.
A booking is a request
Submitting the form sends a request, not a confirmed reservation. Depending on the service, we confirm instantly, after approval, or after sending you a quote. A booking is binding only once we confirm it in writing.
Pricing
Displayed prices are indicative and in Moroccan dirham (MAD). Services marked “on request” are priced by quote. Final pricing is the amount confirmed for your booking.
Liability
We provide our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco; disputes fall under the competent Moroccan courts.
