Privacy Policy
Draft — to be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
This policy explains what we collect when you request a service and how we protect it.
What we collect
When you submit a request we collect the booking details you provide — such as your name, email, phone, dates, passenger count, and any pickup/drop-off, flight, or notes you add.
Zero-knowledge encryption
Your personal contact and trip details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent, and can only be read by Lux Drive Maroc using a private key we hold offline. Our hosting and database providers store only encrypted data and cannot read your details. Operational fields (dates, passenger count, vehicle, status) are kept in clear so we can manage the schedule.
Legal basis (Morocco · Law 09-08)
We process personal data in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the oversight of the CNDP.
Visitors from the EU: where the GDPR applies, we process your data to take steps at your request prior to a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the service.
Your rights & data requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us at contact@luxdrivemaroc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Retention
We keep request records only as long as needed to handle your booking and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Analytics
If we use analytics, we use a privacy-first, cookieless approach that does not track individuals across sites.
